General Repairs and Maintenance
It is your responsibility not to intentionally damage the property you are residing in and maintain the building, outbuildings and environment in a clean and tidy state at all times.
Any damage or routine repairs that are needed should be reported to our office in a timely fashion, or noted on your ‘repair request form’ that will be sent to you with your routine inspection letters.
Please do not call your property manager on their mobile as these phones are often unattended during busy routine inspection days. Please phone our office on 07 4898 5955 to speak with Reception and leave a detailed message.
Email is our preferred form of repair reporting. Please email all maintenance issues with full contact details to, firstname.lastname@example.org, however you may fax us non-urgent repair requests to 07 4944 0161.
The landlords are obliged to maintain the property in the condition in which it was leased to you, however, if the repair is caused through neglect on the tenant’s part, the tenant will be required to make good any damage and will be held accountable for the cost to restore the property to its original condition.
Should you arrange repairs to be undertaken at the premises without prior approval, the costs of such repairs and any associated costs will be borne by the tenant/s and/or the person who arranged the said repairs.
